Honestly, that's the nature of college baseball. Really, baseball in general. If one team comes out absolutely on fire at the plate and the other team is sleepwalking on the mound/in the field, scores like that are always possible. It's crazy.
The baseball team from the University Of Kentucky is down 22-1....in the THIRD inning against not Miami,not Texas,not Stanford,CSF.....but Western Kentucky. I grant you WKU is the #26 ranked team in the land,but dayum! 22-1 in 3? Geez!

Virginia puts a similar beating on Maryland in Game 2 of a DH tonight -won 5-1 in the first,and 27-4 in the 2nd.
